Dentures are removable prosthetic devices used to replace missing teeth and restore oral function. In our dental clinic in Çankaya, Ankara, denture treatment is planned following a comprehensive evaluation of the patient’s oral condition, remaining teeth, and bone structure. The treatment plan is developed individually to best meet the patient’s functional and aesthetic needs.
Dentures may be partial or full depending on the number of missing teeth. Partial dentures replace one or more missing teeth while anchoring to the remaining natural teeth, whereas full dentures are used when all teeth in one or both arches are absent. In both cases, the goal is to restore chewing function, support clear speech, and maintain facial aesthetics. Fitting and adjustment sessions are carried out individually to ensure comfort and proper function.
Our clinic provides prosthetic dental solutions for patients in Ankara as well as international visitors. Consultations are available in English to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience throughout the treatment process.
About Dr. Ayzıt Umay Dal
Dr. Ayzıt Umay Dal, founder of the clinic, graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2003. Over the course of her career, she has worked extensively in prosthetic dentistry, treating patients with diverse tooth loss conditions across Ankara, Didim, and internationally in Belgium. She returned to Ankara / Çankaya in September 2022, where she continues to provide full-scope dental care.
Her clinical expertise encompasses a broad range of treatments including implant surgery, restorative and prosthetic dentistry, aesthetic procedures, endodontics, and paediatric dentistry. She stays current with the latest techniques through regular participation in national and international courses and seminars.
Dr. Dal’s patient care philosophy centres on comfort, trust, and personalised attention. She takes particular care to ensure that patients who are anxious about dental procedures feel at ease — supported in part by her training in hypnosis applications in dentistry (2015). Her warm, patient-first approach is reflected in how she manages each consultation and treatment session.
Beyond dentistry, she is an active painter whose works have been exhibited since 2021. Her 2023 solo exhibition was a significant milestone, and several of her paintings are displayed within the clinic — creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere for patients of all ages.
At our clinic in Çankaya, Ankara, prosthetic treatment planning is always patient-centred. We work carefully to ensure that dentures fit comfortably and function effectively, with follow-up adjustments made as needed. Our aim is to give patients back their confidence, comfort, and quality of life.
